Sandra Wilson

Co-owner and co-founder of Casa da Lua.

Sandra Wilson is a seasoned wellness practitioner with a rich background in holistic health and well-being. Trained as an integral yoga teacher in India in 2008, she has continued her education under esteemed teachers such as Shiva Rea, Simon Park, and Aadil Palkhivala. Sandra’s diverse expertise includes the basics of Vedic astrology, a 1.5-year shamanic apprenticeship with a Venezuelan Shaman, Thai massage training at ITM in Thailand (2011), and Lomi Lomi training with Studio Conrad (2012).

With over 15 years of experience in the wellness industry, Sandra brings a deep understanding of the body-mind connection and a commitment to holistic practices. Formerly a yoga studio owner in the Netherlands for 10 years, she moved to Portugal and has since provided personal guidance and hosted retreats in Portugal, Mallorca, Menorca, and the Netherlands, fostering wellness and spiritual growth in diverse settings.

Teresa Luzio

Workshop host and teacher

Teresa Luzio Morais (b. 1976) is a visual artist, educator, and researcher based in Portugal. Her artistic practice centers around disrupting and immersing herself in the configurations of places, objects, and situations. With a PhD in Art and Design focused on Performance Art from FBAUP (2017) and a Master’s degree in Public Art and New Artistic Strategies from Bauhaus University, Weimar (2006), Teresa brings a deep academic foundation to her work.

As an Adjunct Professor at the School of Arts and Design of Caldas da Rainha and a member of the Laboratory of Research in Design and Art (LIDA), Teresa explores the subtle dynamics of bodies through interdisciplinary practices. Her artistic exploration extends into somatic practices, fasting, and silent retreats, reflecting her interest in life as an aesthetic experience. Through practical exercises in movement, body awareness, drawing, and writing, Teresa encourages deeper connections with physical and intuitive selves.
