Yoga & Wellness Experience
Shakti Yoga for Women
Step out of the busy world and back into your body. Shakti Yoga is a weekly gathering designed to help you reconnect with your own rhythm, the seasons, and the phases of the moon. In a society built on masculine energy, we honor our cycles to find hormonal balance and inner wisdom.

A deeply restorative treatment that uses warm oils, therapeutic stretches and rhythmic strokes to balance the doshas, release toxins, and calm the nervous system.
Investment: €75 per person (90 min) and €60,- for those who have a Shakti Yoga unlimited membership.
Healing Massage
Relax and restore with an intuitive full body massage that nurtures both body and spirit.

Indian Head Massage
